Our main program that provides exceptional instruction in Korean Martial Arts. We have classes for our young children, youth, and adults. Very few schools in Winnipeg have the luxury of a master instructor teaching over 99% of the classes. The result? Perhaps the finest in Taekwondo, if not martial arts education.
Adult Kickboxing Camps, ages 16 and up.
An eight week journey that is an intense, high impact, complete body conditioning and most of all, FUN! Beginners are welcome, no experience necessary. Our program focuses on fitness and conditioning. Join us and find out why Kickboxers are among the most conditioned athletes in the WORLD!
Adult Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Camps, ages 16 and up.
The hottest and fastest growing sport in the world. In our eight week structured curriculum, you will learn basic striking, clinching, takedown and grappling techniques in a fast paced, goal achieving environment. Our program focuses on fitness, conditioning and self-defence - perfect for the AVERAGE JOE!
