Taekwondo, ages 7 and up.
Our main program that provides exceptional instruction in Korean Martial Arts. We have classes for our young children, youth, and adults. Very few schools in Winnipeg have the luxury of a master instructor teaching over 99% of the classes. The result? Perhaps the finest in Taekwondo, if not martial arts education.
Adult Kickboxing Boot Camps, ages 16 and up.
An eight week journey that is an intense, high impact, complete body conditioning and most of all, FUN! Beginners are welcome, no experience necessary.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, ages 16 and up.
As proficient as our Taekwondo and Kickboxing students are standing up, our grapplers are more than capable on the ground. Over 75% of all physical confrontations will end up on the ground. Please contact us for more details.
Adult Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Boot Camps, ages 16 and up.
The hottest and fastest growing sport on this continent. We've brought to you Fitness Kickboxing. But our newest product is our MMA Fitness Boot Camps. In our eight week structured curriculum, you will learn basic striking and grappling techniques in a fast paced fitness and conditioning oriented environment.
