Master Frederick started practicing Taekwondo at the age of 14. He is a longtime student of his teacher and mentor, Grandmaster Am Lee, 9th Degree Black Belt. Grandmaster Lee is also affectionately known as the Father of Taekwondo Canada (World Taekwondo Federation)
He has been teaching Taekwondo for more than 15 years and practicing martial arts for more than 18 years. He also has been training in Filipino Martial Arts (Escrima) and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu for a number of years.
His personal philosophy for the school is to grow, raise and build good students with a strong traditional martial arts background.
